Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate delivery schedules and routes for 7 drivers across two locations
- Communicate effectively with drivers, salespeople, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Count and check plants on deliveries for accuracy and quality
- Create invoices using QuickBooks and maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries
- Manage issues with drivers, including blown tires and broken-down trucks
- Visit multiple locations each week to assess plant quality and inventory
- Assist in optimizing delivery processes for efficiency
What You Bring:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- In-depth knowledge of Phoenix and its surrounding cities
- Some knowledge of plants and horticulture
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience in logistics or dispatching is a plus!
