-Commitment To Our Customers–
Here at Cox Cactus Farm we are committed to growing and supplying the best plants in the valley. That’s why we carry over 600 species of agaves, aloes, cacti, euphorbias, shrubs, and trees. In the rare chance we don’t have what our customers are looking for, we utilize our decades old relationships with other growers and suppliers to make sure they get exactly what they need. We want to be our customers’ one-stop shop for plant material, as we know the headaches caused by having to source plants from multiple nurseries and coordinating those deliveries.
-Culture-
We believe in nurturing not only the beautiful plants, but also the relationships that help them thrive. Our culture is built on a foundation of respect, and care, where every employee, customer, and plant is valued. We strive to create an environment of collaboration, and continuous learning, where creativity and growth flourish.
We are committed to fostering a positive, and hardworking atmosphere where each team member feels empowered to contribute their unique skills and ideas. We prioritize teamwork and open communication, understanding that our collective efforts lead to the success of our nursery and the satisfaction of our customers.
At the heart of our work is a deep respect for nature, and the beauty that is created by the collaboration of our plants and our customers who install them. We take pride in providing quality products, sustainable practices, and expert guidance to those who share our love for plants and landscaping. By creating a culture of care and dedication, we aim to inspire a deeper connection to the environment and cultivate a sense of community among all who interact with us.
Together, we are more than just a nursery, but pioneers in nurturing life, and contributing to the restoration and preservation of landscapes.
